FILMS (PVC/PVDC/ALU- ALU/ BLISTER)

PVC / PVDC films
PVC(Polyvinyl chloride) and PVDC (polyvinyldine chloride)are used in pharmaceuticals as primary packaging materials, which protect pharmaceutical product against Oxygen and odour, moisture , water vapour transmission ,contamination and bacteria . These properties make PVC/PVDC the material of choice for blister packaging. It is available in sizes – 40 g/m² PVDC ,60 g/m² PVDC ,90 g/m² PVDC ,120 g/m² PVDC.
PVC, is the third-most widely produced synthetic plastic polymer, and used worldwide for packaging variety of products like food, medicines ,etc. it is flexible, light, cost-effective tough and safe. PVC mono films has excellent organoleptic properties (does not affect the taste of the packaged food or medicine). PVC mono films protects against contamination by helping to prevent the spread of germs during manufacture, distribution and display. PVC mono films protects the medicines from sun light and UV rays.
Rigid Barrier Films

ranging from 150 µ to 500 µ.

A-PET and PET-G films
APET is a process in PET packaging, but in a specific stage. PET is the highly common material used to make products like water bottles. When it’s being moulded in an amorphous state, it goes by the name APET.
PET-G is similar to PET packaging, but with a key difference – glycol. It prevents the material from crystallizing and becoming breakable. Its slightly-softer exterior makes it highly impact-resistant.
Alu Alu Foils
Many of alu alu foil’s properties combine to provide user-friendly, safe and versatile packaging formats for pharmaceutical tablets, creams, liquids and powders. Alufoil’s excellent barrier properties totally exclude moisture, oxygen and other gases, micro-organisms and light, maintaining degradable products in peak condition over long periods.
Blister Foils are several types of pre-formed plastic packaging used for small consumer goods, foods, and for pharmaceuticals. The primary component of a blister pack is a cavity or pocket made from a formable web, usually a thermoformed plastic.
